Well it's official.... Fall arived today! The kids are back in school, the activities have begun,  it is still a bit too early to do Christmas shopping, what a perfect time to think about where you are planning to spend the next years of your life. With less yard work taking up all your time on weekends, I suggest you add a few open houses to your weekend schedule. It gives you an idea of what prices are doing lately. It is also good to know that there are some awesome deals at the moment. The banks have their interest rates low and this is the perfect time for many people to move up. There is also not much of a price difference between that typical first home in a condo or townhouse and a detached home with a yard and perhaps a garage that you will appreciate when winter hits. So if you are beginning to think about a move then pick up the phone, have me come and give you a realistic price and a plan. It is always safer to sell first, inventory is good at the moment and when you know exactly how much you have for your exixting home, you are in a stronger position when we make the offer on your new place.
